The testing center and staff were extremely nice and professional. However , this review reflects the agents that work within their customer service and rescheduling department. I was told that I would have to forfeit my exam and fee already paid due to an issue with my temp license to show as identification. The man on the phone was rude and gave me false information stating they would not accept my form of absolutely legal identification card. So I almost had a nervous breakdown as my job and livelihood depended on passing this exam. I went on to the testing center , driving almost three hours on blind faith because I was not letting some agent on the phone dictate my future. In the middle of a pandemic , they should be employing people with compassion and knowledge about their guidelines. Had I listened to him, I wouldn't have went, wouldn't have a job and I have three kids to care for which is unacceptable and infuriating. Make sure to call your local testing center with any questions because the agents on the phone could be located in a different state with varying standards of their testing facilities.
