I’m scheduled to take an exam in the morning at 8am. It is over a hour drive to the testing facility. We are under a severe winter storm warning. The hours at the testing center are saying they are open from 7:30am-9pm tomorrow. They should at least have an update on their hours of operation due to the weather since more than likely they will be closed. I have not received an email and it’s past 10pm. These exams are not cheap. You would think they could hire someone to make updates to their website and inform test goers of inclement weather. I could not get a hold of anyone at the test center so I called the 1800 number. The guy I spoke with had zero information on weather and rescheduling. He could not answer any of my simple questions. When I told him that the roads will be icy and dangerous, I won’t be able to make it to the testing center, he told me” be strong! You go take your exam!” What in the world? I knew at that point how out of touch and unprofessional Pearson Vue really is.
Personally, I think the board and all other circuits should find a better proctor than Pearson Vue.
