Rude staff, you can hear staff talk while taking the test. The headphones they provide doesn't work, imagine how loud they are! they ask you wave your hand if you need anything, but no one response when you do, the test place is super cold, dark, and small. Can't believe how they are qualified for a Pearson test center. This place definitely needs improvement and remodeling for a better test center. No available times, and always full.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE INSANELY RUDE PEOPLE. I Didn't pass my test. I will be sticking with OSUIT Okmulgee to take ALL of my certification test.

Horrible testing system, never has available times, nearly impossible to schedule a test. Ridiculous policies and make you pay to review tests (other centers are free). To review you have to call in and be on hold for at least 15 minutes. Horrible customer service.
