I took my NCLEX-RN at this location in downtown Portland. The proctors were really nice. All smiles and very helpful. I had some bloopers but they were very patient with the situation. Thank you for making my test less stressful. I passed!

Horrible customer service. I tried to reschedule my Mblex cuz I got a confirmation email late and it wouldn’t let me schedule my test as soon as I wanted. The lady who tried helped me wasn’t fluent in English and I had to repeat myself multiple times. She got confused so easily when I took 10 minutes to explain it got me no where. I just got a suggestion for this place to have people take calls who are easy to understand and who can understand English. It made it really hard:/

Terrible testing company. do yourself a favor and pick the other option. schedule an exam to start at 8pm. checked and told that im next in queue. Over an hour later and no reponse or update. at 9:10pm i closed the terminal. oh best part no customer service of any kind available past 7p. cant restart the exam. cant do anything. cant believe i paid money for literally no service at this point...

Very professional kind people, easy to find location. Other than the lobby area being unnessessarily fancy and intimidating, was a good an experience I could expect for the NCLEX.

Took the MCAT here and had a really good experience. It's on the 4th floor of the fox tower building and they have a parking garage; $14/weekdays $8 weekends. I can't remember right at the moment but the underground entrance for the garage was either on Taylor st or Park Ave. To get tovth testing center you take the elevator in the middle of the garage up to the lobby, and then take another elevator from the lobby to the 4th floor. Nice place, generally quiet but it's right next to pioneer courthouse so when I was doing the exam some protestors started marching there which was distracting; it's Portland so it could happen again during your test lol. Couple of really nice dudes were running the show when I was there, they were professional but made me feel relaxed for the test.
