I hated to give one star but thought it would bring some attention to the unprofessional behavior of one of the employees named Mark Wright. I was there on Oct 3rd for my NCLEX-RN and was disgusted with Mark's treatment of the exam goers including myself. He was very condescending, rude, and humiliating with his job of giving instructions, checking one in and out, and other related duties. I received similar feedback about him from the ones present in the room and my cohort who happened to take the test at this center. I shared my experience with another employee, an elderly woman, who couldn't be nicer and helpful, something in total contrast with Mark. Either it is sheer ignorance or a power trip on Mark's behalf, but that's the last thing you need when you're already stressed out to the limit. I'm glad that I passed my test so that I won't have to go back to that awful place.

Nice facility and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's never easy going in for a career defining certification and this staff was friendly and engaging. We talked about the snow and how it shut down 26. It's an older building but eell maintained. Like some people have noted, the location of the building is hidden and can be missed if not paying attention. I passed my PMP so I was a happy visitor.

The place itself is nice, but the directions to get there are kind of terrible... it doesn't explain how you have to drive through a couple parking lots to get to the right building and maps acts like you're supposed to turn down a road. So it took me a minute to realize I was going the right way. Building is nice, once found, and the people at the testing center were great.

Don't love Pearson (or tests) but the two people working here were wonderful. They were very cheerful for it being such an early hour. Definitely made the experience way less stressful than it could have been.

Best Pearson testing location I've ever tested at! Mark makes the stressful experience of taking a test more like stress free and will take great care of you.
