First time testing at this center and it was an awful experience. Had an 8am exam and arrived a half hour early for check in. Check in went smoothly however once checked in myself and about 15 other people had to wait over an hour to start our exams. No reason was ever given as to why the delay occurred. It was a terrible way to start the day when you’re trying to get ready for an exam. The exam room itself was fairly small so there were people waiting to test but there was no room for them so that had to wait for someone else to finish. If given the choice between this center and somewhere else I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Overall positive experience. Clean and professional atmosphere. Took 8 hours PE exam and was not allowed to bring water into the testing room. Small room gets hot quick, please provide water to the people who take such a long exams, it`s extremely unhealthful to take such a long exams without a water. Also, keyboard stopped working and lost 5-7 minutes, which was not given back.

My test was scheduled at business opening, so there were a number of other people who needed to be processed. The process seemed to move smoothly. Everyone on staff was polite yet very procedural, The facility was clean and there were no inherent distractions in the testing center. No complaints, and I passed the exam I was taking that day.

Arrived early to take an exam that had a start time of 8am on a Saturday. The proctor did NOT showed up on time, nor AT ALL. Myself, along with about 15 other people waited for someone to show up and called every phone number to get an answer as to why no proctor is here. This is very unprofessional and not acceptable.

Took a test during the pandemic. This facility was very thorough to make sure to sanitize everything and make sure everyone was aware of and following guidelines.
