I came to this place ready to fail my test, but Mr. Jones (I hope I got your name right!) gave everybody a fist bump for luck. I somehow passed the test. I firmly believe that the fist bump is a must to gain confidence and pass.

I was terrified going in and have heard how other testing centers were terrible! The man at the front desk was so nice and Joe was great! Made me feel so calm for my test ?

Came here for the NCLEX on 4/20/21 and just wanted to say the lady who was at the front desk at 8am for Pearson was A M A Z I N G. She built everyone up in the room and made us all feel so comfortable. Someone like her is ABSOLUTELY needed before taking a huge test like the NCLEX. She absolutely reduced my stress - trust me I had a lot. Unfortunately I never caught her name. When I finished the exam I told her how much I appreciated her. Thank you so much!

The Pearson employees were very nice, efficient and professional people. The building has a huge 14 on it so pretty easy to find. Plenty of free parking. Clean and quiet area inside and outside of the testing site.
