This location is freezing cold. I was very uncomfortable taking my test. The old lady at the front desk was rude. The gentleman was very nice. Took my test 3/31 lights went out. It was a mess

The staff was very friendly and professional when I came to take my exam. Initially, I was very nervous as I had no idea what to expect when I arrived, but I became very calm due to the wonderful staff at the testing center.

Very professional testing environment. Comfortably chilly in early June. They do a good job of making sure you have no distractions or anything not permitted.

Customer service is rude & not punctual at all. Prepare to have time to be on hold for at least a half hour anytime you call. They are not in the best interest of their test takers or customers.
