Testing stations were terribly dirty. Huge urine stains on all visible chairs, stains on cubicle partitions, dirty monitors.
My chair also had a visibly broken armrest and the seat was not straight.
After the exam, I complained to the staff about the urine stains, but they seemed to already be used to the complaints. No manager was on-site today.
Monitor text was small and grainy.
Staff did not allow a light jacket/windbreaker. The instructions upon booking only said "Hats, scarves and coats may not be worn". The testing center was cold and I was uncomfortable having to leave my jacket. They also told me heavy sweaters are not allowed.
Some of the tests, including the one I was taking from ISC2, are 3 hours in length with no allowed breaks or pauses. I believe this explains (but does not excuse) the numerous, large, urine stains. The certification companies are the underlying cause of these stains; but it is not acceptable for the test center to let them remain, nor to have old, broken chairs.
I wish I had been allowed to take my phone inside to get pictures of the filth!
