Extremely unprofessional and downright rude and nasty receptionist and staff. Completely uncalled for and definitely DID NOT set the atmosphere for relaxed testing. I'll drive to another state before I visit the Harrisburg location ever again.

Got yelled at by the receptionist because I was given conflicting directions from another staff member. Staff was also just generally rude. Testing is already stressful and I don’t need that added on top of it. If I ever need to take another one I will never use this location again.

nobody returns calls, been trying to get a hold of them for over a year and still nothing. And because of the lack of communication my license expired

Your phone numbers complete garbage I don’t know why I’m trying to call Harrisburg facility and I always get a Florida facility you’ll need to change that stuff stuff
