I had a good experience testing here on January 20, 2021. The room was easy to find and the two ladies running the place were polite and made the process easy for me. This site has Covid precautions in place with hand sanitizer, mask rules, and cleanings of each computer station. They will take your picture and scan both your palms several times to verify you. You will also be asked to roll up your sleeves, turn out pockets, roll down collars, etc., and pat yourself down to show you aren't hiding anything. They record you during the entire test. You can wear a jacket into the test room. Bathrooms are a short walk down the hall and there are also vending machines. They will tell you if the test you're taking allows any breaks and whether your test timer keeps running or not during the break. At the end, they gave me a paper saying I passed -- I'm not sure if every test does this, but they will give you the paper before you leave if there is one. Don't forget your ID! So many people are having issues with Pearson testing at home and I appreciate that I didn't have to jump through hoops like that to pass my test. I recommend coming here instead. Good luck.
