Staff is not empathetic, they have a bad attitude when serving. You feel like you are in a concentration camp. They tend to assume They give instructions as if you already knew what you have to do and in a rushed way. And if you're wrong, no way. I think they should take a course on how to treat people. I thought that I was the only one with this experience but it was not like that, colleagues we share the same experiences. I know how to follow rules, but these people are not suitable to serve the public, let alone put more pressure and tension than one takes to take a revalidation. There was even a lot of noise from the staff outside in the corridors that was heard inside, from loud talking to laughter.
Also in security you show them a federal ID and they tell you that it is useless. And when you read on a piece of paper, one of the identifications that can be requested is the presenter. There is no concordance in the instructions. I understand MANAGEMENT should take action on this matter. This experience was a disaster.
