Took my test yesterday and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Had trouble with the palm scanner but they really helpful.

The woman who works at the desk is very nice & polite. There were quite a lot of people testing and she would address us individually as the professions that we were testing for even before we took our test. She got all of us all set up and in the testing rooms very quickly.

The woman at the front desk was on a power Trip. Didn't need the additional stress when I was already stressed about sitting the NCLEX. She needs a revision in customer service to improve her people skills. I passed my exam though ?.

Took my DANB here. Make sure you go with ID and a mask or they will not see you. Check in process is easy. Show ID, sign forms, and scan palm print. You are given a locker to put your belongings in. You need to keep the key and ID during the test. 2nd checkpoint; ID and palm print again then they give you a dry erase board. You are not allowed to erase. Raise your hand and guy will come and give you a new board. You have a timer counting down in your top right corner. That was giving me anxiety especially when you have 85 minutes to answer 100 questions. Anyways I passed. Wooo

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I took my Radiology exam last July and still have not received my certificate saying I passed in the mail. I called Pearson Vue multiple times and nobody has EVER answered. I've left multiple messages and I have never received a call back. I need proof of passing my Radiology exam and I can't show it because this is the only way and they will not return my call OR answer their phones!!! I will never go there again for an exam and I will never recommend it to anyone. Very unprofessional.
