The place is so noisy, not everyone can put on the headphones to block the noise, just talking about myself. Whenever they do their runs you can hear everything, the ladies at the front are so loud especially if you are seated at the cubicle next to the entrance. I would not want to go back.

Tested here today and it was just fine, it's your standard testing center. They are doing a great job following covid guidelines. The two female employees were very nice and professional. I think Aaron (who left a bad review) must be mad since his wife obviously didn't pass her test. There is a glass window separating the employee office area from the testing area and it was very quiet.

My wife had a test here last week. Old and out dated building, wood floors creak when everyone is walking around. The two women up front are cold and inconsiderate unless they are talking to each other. The whole time they talked loudly even though their desk is right outside! The headphones didn't even work to drown them out. People coming to this place are testing for their careers. You would think a company that specifically caters to these very important and very stressful tests would have friendly and helpful staff and a better environment for quiet.

I’ve tested here and Colorado Springs now. I prefer Colo Springs. I think the negative reviews for this one are old, previous management or something. This test center is bigger and busier. The room will have more people in it. There may be a short wait. The temp is on the cool side. Colo Springs was better temp. Neither is too warm.

The staff was so efficient and helpful. There were no questions as to what was expected of the test taker. They did the leg work so we could focus on the test.
