Instructions for my 8am exam said to arrive 30 minutes early. I arrived at 7:30am to find the door was locked and the lights were off. One young employee who didn’t have a key was waiting along with the rest of us.
Someone came by at 7:45 and then they realized there was no power to the testing center. At this point, they did communicate with all the examinees and did reassure us that they were working on it, but I was annoyed that no one was in the office earlier to sort these issues out BEFORE the examinees were supposed to arrive. My four hour exam was delayed over an hour and this added stress was completely unnecessary on an already stressful day.

When i arrived the front desk lady seemed like we were a bother to her . Then it came to take my picture and it was like she didn't know what she was doing she made me position myself in all kinds of positions instead of fixing her stand or moving the chair. When she was able to finally get the picture & i walked off she made a comment to the next person "okay well i hope you don't break my camera " I don't even know why she would say something like that again very unprofessional .The fact is we are all going to test so people are already stressed and to spend unnecessary time for a picture and be rude about it is not PROFESSIONAL at all. When i get into the testing area i was already a little upset because of the experience i just had. When i finished my test she was on the her cell phone talking really loud just handed me my test score again like if i was a bother . In my opinion she does not need to be the first of contact.

Absolutely terrible. Used them for a GED test and they revoked my test because their proctor was incoherent & wouldn't explain herself. I was "uncooperative" by her definition. Revoked my test & have made it extremely difficult to get help or resolve the matter.
Complete power trip. Terrible people

The person at the front desk showed rude behavior. It felt like she was there against all of her wills. Hope she is not a rude person in general, it was just a bad day, and she was miss-behaving because of that!

Hi,
I'll be taking a test at this center and reading these comments making me nervous. Does anyone have any updates if this location is improving yet?
