If I could give this zero stars I would. Do not take your test here. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They are aggressive and demeaning to test takers. If you have a choice go somewhere else. It’s not conducive for a test taker to begin a test after being treated so disrespectfully upon entry into the office.

I was hesitant to test here due to the negative reviews, but this was the only testing location available. The staff were straightforward and kind. Just follow their instructions and you’ll be good to go (ie: take off your jewelry bigger than 1/4”, turn off your phone before entering the test center, have your ID out and ready to go). The check in process was efficient and quick. When it came to testing breaks, I was able to check out in a reasonable amount of time. Shout out to Pamela who was so nice and made me feel less nervous!

I was so nervous to test here (both because of the exam and because of the negative reviews I’d read). But I ended up surprised and happy by the positive and kind treatment I received. All the staff I interacted with was so kind, helpful, happy and easygoing. Thank you for making my exam day a little less nervous.

I came here to take my Engineering PE exam, which is an all day exam. The employees at this location can be a little intimidating. They are very strict about COVID regulations (requiring you to be 6 feet apart and wearing a mask, as well as cleaning everything after someone touches it). This is good but it also slows things down. I would arrive much earlier to your exam than you think, just to go through the process of signing in and what not. Just relax and go with the flow and do everything they say and you will be okay. They can come off as rude but I think that is because all the things they have to do and get you through before you take your exam. On my lunch break they were much nicer and relaxed. It is a testing center, so just follow the rules and you will be fine. Overall not a bad experience.
