I had to take a test for a federal position at Pearson yesterday, and I just wanted to take a moment to point out how incredibly nice and accommodating the man at the front who gives you a locker, and the woman at the window of the testing center who checks you in were. I was pretty nervous, but they definitely made me feel a lot better about it, and I ended up passing my test. Nobody enjoys taking tests, but they honestly made it an enjoyable experience. So, just wanted to say thank you to them.

I drove from Shreveport, LA to take my NCLEX here based of the reviews. Everyone was so helpful and kind during the check-in process and when being admitted into the test. It helps to have people with a calm and positive demeanor. Definitely worth the drive.

The staffs were very nice and professional. I had no problem while taking the exam. But they didn't send my result to the board which caused the delay and made me anxious for a week! I am not sure who is in charge of this but the board said Pearson Vue didn't send my result to the board. (I even chat with Pearson Vue earlier and they said there's no problem!) Frustrating...

All the employees are nice.
Make my stress/anxiety lesser?.
You can feel positive vibes within the environment.
CR was clean you can do a deep Breathing exercise and stay positive.

The two ladies working were so kind! I was really nervous for my test and unsure of a lot of the procedures, but they explained the palm scanner, rules, and breaks patiently. The bathrooms were super clean as well. One thing I wish was noted on the website was that you have to be buzzed in after hours- so make sure you call in on the intercom next to the doors by the parking garage if you have a 6pm MCAT!
