Horrible test experience. They required you to use their own pens. However, the pens stopped working like every 10 mins. If you want enough chaos to test your anxiety ability, go ahead to schedule tests here!

I looked for a good spot to take a five hour test because not all centers are the same for comfort. This is a good one, because they have nice wide desks with high wooden privacy barriers (not plastic) and noise cancellation earphones. Checking in and out smooth because there were 3 people working.

Took the MCAT here during Covid. Easy check-in process. Super quiet facility. However, there currently is construction going on next door. I took the exam on a Sunday so don't know if it would have been different during the week. Lots of parking.

Very frustrating trying to discover where exactly my test location is among the many different Pearson locations in town - offices are closed at unusual times, contact information is unreliable, and communication from Pearson is practically non-existent. Customer service told me this is a common problem - if that's the case, maybe try addressing the problem?? All it takes is one extra email confirming test details

Test experience was pretty easy. Reason for the one star, is solely due to the fact prior to check in, a number of other test takers of about 30 and I am in the middle. I noticed that they did not ask for a second ID until I walked up and was asked for a second ID and my military ID wasn't doable so I provided my birth certificate and SS card as well as my DL, only cause I know from experience of being judged. Sat back down and observed that nobody else needed to provide a secondary ID but me..
