Don’t let the bad reviews keep you astray!! This Pearson Vue testing center is super clean and the two gentlemen working are very friendly. I was concerned after reading the bad reviews that the testing room would be stuffy but it was the exact opposite. I was there for 4 hours and felt comfortable the entire time. The testing room itself is quite spacious and each cubical is facing a wall. Great environment to test in!

I strongly disagree with the bad reviews of this Test Center.
I took a test there last week, and the safety measures with regards to COVID were more than adequate. They wore masks, disinfected the tray where I laid my ID couple of times in front of me, and there were also panels and gel available.
With regards to the facilities, the place provides with noise cancelation headphones, with pen and paper, and there is a clock hanging in the wall which I appreciated when I took my test.
My test took 4 hours and I did not had any distractions, even though other candidates had to leave the room during my test.
Everyone was quiet and polite, so I wish you the same and good luck!

I am not sure about the reviews saying that this center was not social distancing or practicing safety precautions but, they definitely are. I went to take a test on August 31st, 2020, and they have a whole set up just for COVID-19. They wore masks, had barriers, disinfected everything, and had hand sanitizer. In the testing room, they have someone set up at every other computer to comply with social distancing. My only complaint is that the Asian lady that was helping me was a little short. I wouldn't say she was rude but definitely short. I was already nervous to take my exam and her being short with me wasn't helping. After I was finished taking the exam, she asked me if I passed and when I said yes, she was nice to me. Other than that, I think the testing center did a great job.

Horrible testing environment if you have test anxiety or are easily distracted. All desks face other desks and there are no desks with dividers or facing the wall to minimize distractions. The cubicles have short clear glass dividers, so you can see all 6-12 people directly facing you. I was placed in a desk facing the door so I got distracted every single time he brought in another tester. When I asked if he could move me to a desk with less distractions or at least not facing the door, I was told no. Worst testing experience of my life and I cried shaking in the parking lot for over 30 minutes before I could even drive. And despite it being a computer test over a week ago, I'm still waiting for my results.

The testing center is located on the 3rd floor of the building and there is a waiting room attached to it for those who arrive before they open. Bathrooms...
