I took an exam there 2006. After the passing of my father, this was the worst time. The staff seemed unfriendly. I should have ask to repeat the exam; I let it go. My BP was high sweating perfusey. This place had a sense of racism an unwelcoming testing site. I hope for others it was a better experience. Donot test here. They pick and choose who to be nice too.

Employees were really kind and made us feel less stressed. Be sure to arrive early and park on the roof of the parking garage.

Staff was atrociously rude. I was nervous about my exam so my mind was very one track. I knocked on the door and a lady pops out staps the sign about needing a mask and shuts the door. The intake lady came out the testing room to bring me back and said lets go. I grabbed the door to hold for her so we can walk in and she becomes discustingly rude. Asked to see my ID so i show it to her yells at me to move closer so I do (meanwhile my ID stayed in the same location). Then she tells me not to touch "her" do and to calm down that she's in charge and I need to listen to what she says. I've never in my life been treated with such disrespect. I will NEVER return to this location and will NEVER recommend this location to anyone else.

The place is clean as they are still following strict COVID-19 protocols. That being said, bring a mask. Don't expect entry without having a mask on!! This is as of July 2022 The ladies were swift and efficient as possible with checking in, sanitizing, proctoring, and escorting testers. Docked a star not because of the staff, but because the surrounding environments are a bit noisy but this is also subjective depending how sensitive you are to noise. There are noise canceling headphones. Just be wary that it's next to the freeway and you may hear some emergency vehicles. When I took my test, there was construction going on nearby

2 of the three ladies at the site were extremely rude and unprofessional. The person at the front desk( bald, older, African American woman) criticized me because I was having difficulties with parking and finding the location of the building. She told me I needed to learn how to read, follow directions, and plan ahead because everything was written out for me so I shouldn't have had any issues. Mind you, this was 5 minutes before taking my exam and I was already on edge and nervous. I came to take my exam, not to be belittled by staff!
