The man at the front desk was so inviting and did his best to calm all of our nerves. They were very accommodating and provided everything needed to concentrate on my test. I had a fantastic experience

Very bad experience from a tenant, excessively harsh employees and unprofessional. Certain due diligence is always expected and welcomed but an overzealous and prison-like experience is nor welcomed by anyone trying to pass a test that many times is paramount for the testing subjects.

The woman at front desk was very robotic and not friendly at all while answering questions and barking instructions. She did not help the testing environment feel welcoming. People go prepared to have a professional and positive interaction. I did not receive this from her.

After 2 hours testing with 20 questions to go. They take me out of the testing area and tell me to leave because my nouse was not cover by the mask. What joke of a place. I ask to show me the video evidence and they say no.
