The staff was very respectful and professional. The office was clean and the process was smooth. My only problem with this location is it was 34 degrees outside and there was no heat. I had my jacket on and was still cold and it’s not the best idea to test while you are cold. Other than that I would recommend this testing location.

They don't allow you to keep your belongings secure while inside.

I passed my test... the staff was super rude. One guy walked in, side-eyed me and said "go get your empty basket and ID" and left... what the Hell is wrong with this staff. Is it minimum wage? Is it just how they are?

I saw the other posts with concerns with the people. However, I just finished a test and these folks were very professional.

Very unprofessional receptionist,
Just called to ask if this site was a testing site and time it opens. She said, check the website it answers all your questions. Thank you have a nice day and hung up.
She wasted all her time and energy being rude, she simply could of answer my question.
