If I could give half a star I would. Leticia the testing instructor had so much attitude about the mask and insisted we would have known to bring a mask per our email.(email states that each testing center has different rules on the mask) That “you are soon to be doctors read the door sign. It’s a federal Law. We don’t have to give out masks” I don’t have an issue with the mask, but coming at me like that was unnecessary! I’m already nervous what makes It better that now I have to deal with a lady who is rude? She continues to gripe on to EVERYONE in the room about the topic instead of being professional and just moving forward.

Very strict on mask regulations. HAVE to have your own before walking in. Very annoying taking a very important test having my mask on the entire time. You would think they would offer you one??? The ladies were very intimidating and felt like if I made one wrong move I would be kicked out. They just kind of ruined my vibe when I tried to go into my NCLEX with positive vibes only. I do love how there was free parking in the garage across the street 10/10.

Worst customer service ever. The two ladies assisting me got an unbelievable attitude because I asked reasonable questions about their check in process, which I didn’t understand & couldn’t have known just from reviewing my confirmation email. Spoke to me like I had a learning disability for asking them to repeat themselves & not speak over one another. Then when I politely asked them not to get an attitude with me, they told me I was being recorded & they could throw me out even though I had said/done nothing threatening—not even said a curse word! Unnecessarily combative & totally unprofessional.

The lady Working the front was so rude and mean before testing that a few people were nervous. She continued to walk into the testing room over and over thinking we had taken our mask off when we didn’t. This was so distracting

Great experience testing here. Lockers are provided in case you need to bring your belongings with you. Drinks were not allowed in the testing area, so no water. Parking is free, and its very easy to access the building from the parking garage, its only a few steps away. The use of hand sanitizer is enforced at multiple points inside. Wearing masks is also enforced from the moment you walk in. You will also have to wear a mask throughout the exam. The testing area is quiet, noise cancellation headphones are available. The testing stations are spaced apart, and there were not a lot of people inside the test area. The test I took required the use of the keyboard, the key board was one of those older style keyboards with the big buttons, a bit awkward to use, so thats something to consider. Computer stations are sanitized in-between test takers. Make sure to arrive early in order to read all the rules. Also be aware that you are not allowed to wear any jewelry, jackets, and you will have to show them that you are not bringing any kind of notes/ listening devices into the testing station. Its nothing invasive however. I have taken exams at hotels, university testing centers, university auditoriums, but this location has to be one of the most organized testing centers I have ever been to. One of the smoothest testing experiences I've ever had as a result. Highly recommend, especially if you are concerned about Covid, several safety protocols practiced in this testing area.
