The two receptionist were very friendly and made getting to my testing room very easy and pain free. Once I arrived to the testing area the Testing Administrator was very nice. The area I was given was very clean. Had alot of parking and if you follow the directions and park on the west side, it's the very first door to your left

Choose a different testing facility! Don't go here! Very confusing when you walk in. There is no one to help you know where to go or what to do. The staff was very very rude! I had no idea masking was mandatory here. Masking is fine with me but I was never told at any point that I HAD to wear a mask until I sat down for my test. If you are requiring a mask at this point in time and you have not made people aware of that then maybe you should have some masks on hand. You can even sell them, that's fine. But scolding someone in front of a large group of other test takers, "you have to leave! You can't stay here without a mask" was rude and not nice. Their were other people in the room that had no idea they need a mask either. Then you make people pay again to schedule another testing day? If masks are mandatory make that abundantly clear. And be kind. There is no need to be so rude!

Bring a mask!! I didn’t realize they were requiring masks as there was nothing in the email about mask mandates. It was crazy because I didn’t think they could mandate them any more but sure enough if you didn’t have one you were not getting in. If you don’t have a mask you will have to test another day and pay again.
The staff seem to be on a power trip and were not friendly. The lady yelled at me after entering the room and going to a locker, I wasn’t given instructions and mistakenly thought the number on the circle was connected to my locker number. It’s not.
She made me feel horrible about having my phone with me. I need it because I don’t have a car and need to call for a ride or Uber. She told me I was in violation of the test administrator for even having a cell phone on property.
Some of the comments talk about it being freezing in the testing rooms this was not the case today. It was EXTREMELY hot in the room there was zero air flow which made breathing hard in the room and made me having a coughing fit a few times.
They do not allow any water, cough drops or breaks either so be sure to use the bathroom and get a drink before you enter the building. Once you’re in you’re not allowed to leave and are locked in.
I really feel like the lady telling me that I was in violation through me off and caused me to be stressed even more about breaking a rule and being disqualified from testing.
I’m so not happy that I messed up on this test and have to go back in a few months to try again.

It is very clean and they sanitize after your done with your exam. But... it very very cold inside the testing room!!! I could even focus on my exam since It was SUPER COLD!! Oh and your not allowed to go with a jacket so I recommend you to wear a sweater instead of a shirt. Since the temperature of the room, was freezing! and I couldn’t focus on my exam I failed! When I knew all my content. This is my second time going and the first time this happen to me. Hopefully I can find another center to go take my other exams. And some of the staff were kind of rude, but the others were friendly.

The lady that was checking me in on 09/10/2021 was very grumpy and rude to me. I already had a lot happen to me leading up to the test and she starts telling me that I am late even though I was waiting outside for 10 minutes before my test so that she can let me in. She was still checking in people for the test so I dont see any problem if I was right behind them. I brought my phone because I didn't have a car and she was making a big deal saying that "since you didn't put your phone in your car, like you are supposed to, I have to put it in this bag". I was so irritated but kept my composure. That lady just didn't seem like she wanted to be there.
