Staff is exceptionally rude and is need of dire training on basic civility and customer service skills. It seems like they take pleasure out of stressing folks out that are already apprehensive as most most are using this service to take tests that affect their livelihood. Avoid going to this location at all costs

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff is so rude and needs training in compassion, kindness, and understanding especially when people who go there are stressed enough taking exams, certifications, etc. I went to take my test on 2/14/23 and other than the lady that is at the main check-in that was kind, everyone else are so dang rude. SO RUDE. I definitely called my Allied Health Organization afterwards and stated they should find another testing center to use because the staff here is absolutely horrendous.

Great testing experience. The staff was courteous and the testing room was quiet. Also, noise cancelling headphones were provided.

Jan is the best! She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I had a rough time finding this place for my first exam and came in from a panic attack. Jan made sure I had tissues and kept asking me if I was ready to go in. I truly felt she cared about me. I also think the google map directions have been fixed for this location because for my second test, maps took me directly here. Please know this location currently REQUIRES a mask to take your exam! I was here a few weeks ago and that wasn’t the case, but now there is a mask requirement.

Very nice and clean location. Washrooms are so clean!! The lobby has a nice spot of seating and dining. Plenty of parking spots. Staffs were friendly. I read bad reviews regarding the north central parkway one so scheduled here. Glad I did that. The experience was very good. My test room was quite.
