When you make or chose a schedule for testing online, it would behoove you TO SPEAK with a live person ahead of the date for your test. Their scheduling website and the test center *don't synchronize.* You will save yourself hours and hours of time and frustration by ENSURING that the center has you on the schedule. Don't TRUST their WEBSITE!

I have enjoyed reading the different reviews of this testing center. It doesn’t get a very good overall star review at just three stars, which is unfair. This is a good testing facility. I have been to four different testing centers doe tests and this was a great one. One cannot project their dislike of testing, or their results, or their frustration of test day into the center. That is not objective and it’s pointless. The staff here was very nice, pleasant, and very professional. They are supposed to be rigid and rules-oriented which can make them seem unfriendly. The facility was quiet, clean, and administered the testing efficiently and orderly. Kudos to them.

Went today to take a test. The gentleman who checked me in to my exam was the kindest man I’ve ever met in a place like this. It wasn’t my first go around and I had previously gone to the Draper facility. What a difference! He was so nice, so helpful, and really eased my test anxiety. The place was super quiet and way calmer than the Draper one. This man was wearing shark socks (awesome!) and he really deserves a raise for the kindness he showed today. I was so appreciative.

This testing center does it exactly what it's supposed to do: get you in, make sure you're not cheating on your tests, and get you out. I had no problems with the staff or other test takers and I felt like they did their job well without making you feel like a criminal which is always a potential problem at any testing center. The reason I rate it 4 out of 5 is because I've been to other Pearson vue testing facilities that are a lot nicer than this one. The lockers were very used along with most of the facility. It was obvious that this facility's maintenance wasn't their biggest priority but they got me in and out fast and without any hastle.

Testing went alright, but I felt one member of the staff was rude and impatient. I was there on Tuesday, April 3rd in the morning. A middle aged woman was very short with me and visibly annoyed when I was signing in, and even questioned my signature's veracity on my ID's. Testing is always stressful, and just because we don't know the procedures you do professionally by heart does not mean that you should lose patience. Also, it's pretty basic to understand that signatures will look differently on paper than digitially when you can't see it. Thanks for upping my anxiety before my exam.
