This is got to be one of the most frustrating offices to deal with. I have been trying to fill out an application online and schedule the CFPT, however, everytime I try to access my account, the system kicks me out saying it is processing another request from me. I waited 2 weeks and still facing the same problem. I called them but no one picks up. I went to their customer service section on their website, it has Q&A that don't even pertain to my request. I even visited the Pearson Vue office in Down Town Salt Lake during business hours but it was closed. I do not know who to talk to to resolve the issue. I am so frustrated with them.
