The old man who I believe is the test center manager was very kind and helpful, even though my test wasn't in the system for some reason. He got it figured out.
The red head at the desk, however, literally rolled her eyes at me when I raised my hand during the test. She took her sweet time to come over and wasn't very nice with any subsequent questions.

These guys are just shy of strip searching you before your test, and they treat you like an inmate. They made me get a credit card for my second form of ID instead of accepting my Drivers License and Concealed Carry Permit, both federally issued photo id's. The old guy needs to go. I will never use this testing center again.

Great experience testing here, I've been too all the Pearson vue locations in Utah and I like this one the best. Just remember that this is a testing center and there is an expectation that you will uphold all their rules and they may ask you not to do silly things like mumble to yourself during the test but overall I can't imagine anyone successfully cheating at one of these facilities.

Came in for testing. You’re supposed to arrive 30 mins early. My appointment was at 9am. It’s after 9:00 no staff is here and doors are locked. Customer service line is not helpful. Super glad I prepared my day for this.
