Its a very quiet low to no distraction environment to take tests at. I took my national test here and i swear the only reason why i passes was because of how quiet it was

Very strict rules, and the check in process takes a little longer than expected, but the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I loved the experience testing, and the environment was very conducive to a productive experience. This location offers a variety of exams including the medical admission exam, the MCAT, providing plenty of proctoring opportunities for higher education exams and certification courses. You may want to visit during the week to familiarize yourself with the location, as it can be confusing on Test day. The testing center is located on the third floor in Suite 300. They currently do not require masks, and feature biometric palm vein scans for identity verification.

I took my exam which went well in a pass. They’re definitely very strict in their testing procedures and very slow to get started so anticipate 1520 minutes to get checked in before you even start your test. But they’re fingerprint machine has been down for over a week they can’t give me a refund they can’t tell me when it will work. And then they stop answering their phone so you can’t call ahead to see if it’s finally working or not. The staff has been a joke about that

Pearson employees were nice, though check in seems to usually be 10 minutes or more. When you arrive, if the doors seem locked just push the button to the left (there was a sign). Pearson is on the 3rd floor of the Hopes Vision building. After using the elevator, just go to the right & follow the sign on the wall.
If you have a test here, come at least 10-20min early! And don't come more than 30 minutes late. Even if you arrive 31 minutes late, they won't let you take your test. For attire, you can't bring hair clips, bulky hair ties, or bulky jackets into the testing area.
Lastly, I've been here a few times - Randy is great!

Had a great experience! The employees were all super nice and they let me test early. No issues what so ever
