I am just giving a review about the front desk lady. Very rude, unpleasant. I didn't come to take a test myself but went in with a niece who is testing for NCLEX. As other people are saying, she is adding even more to the stress and anxiety. Reading reviews I see a good number of people has complained about the same and anyway she is still there. Crazy

Reception was great contrary to what everyone else was saying. I was nervous about this but pleasantly surprised. The testing facility was clean and taking my test was a breeze. The only issue I encountered was that they still made me wear a mask in August of 2022 despite being vaccinated. I did not have a mask and they did not provide any. I had to go to the local Walgreens to purchase one. Good thing I was not crunched for time or I may have missed my exam time for that.

Excellent service and sanitary procedures that exceed that of even some clinics. The receptionist I had was nothing like that of previous reviews. I was attended by a Ms. Vanessa who was thorough, hospitable, and truly put me at ease after I had read this location's past reviews. Being the first face you see at the center, she provided an exceptional impression that morning. Overall they provided an above optimal testing atmosphere, one I would not hesitate to take another exam at again.

When I came into take my test they were not able to load it. I waited for a hour and a half and then never took my test. They wouldn’t even give me a rescheduled date before I left. It is not seamless or professional. They are just the only option. What a joke of a company. I had to wash my hands and sanitize my hands 5 times. Why don’t you worry about your own performance before my health. While I waited I wasn’t even allowed to use my phone in the lobby. Horrible customer service.

The staff were great, quiet environment. However only 1 bathroom for everyone to share.
