Took my NYS teacher certification tests here. The people were friendly and professional. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Test center does not schedule exams, though I reached out to them to ask what I should do to get a sooner test date and was told to keep checking online and more dates might open up. Later that night, I received a call letting me know that more dates were being added. The test center did not have to call me again but they chose to reach out to me. Super nice! Very happy with the staff.

Parking and the people working the building are fine, but the quality of the tests themselves, the cost to take said tests, as well as the time limits are atrocious. Do NOT recommend anything with the Pearson Vue name.
