I'd give it a 4.5 if I could, because my only issue is the same as the other reviewer--it's very easy to miss the entrance. The signage is tiny and then once you turn into the correct area there aren't any additional signs to point you in the direction of the correct building. I had to drive slowly all the way around, creeper style, trying to read the names of the business on the doors. Otherwise the experience was great. The staff were efficient and friendly, enforcing the rules without being scary. The room temperature was warmer than I expected. I'm usually freezing in every building I enter during the summer, but maybe because it was a rainier, cool day the AC wasn't as high. I was comfortable in a short-sleeved t-shirt topped with a long-sleeve (and again, I usually freeze). If it had been easier to find it would be an easy five stars.

Testing center is fine.
But WARNING when on the street it’s practically right across from the funeral home, so beware that either direction that’ll be where your turn is not the several feet down like the map shows

The testing center is just that a testing center. The staff was nice enough, they gave just a little bit of attitude but that's to be expected because let's all face it no one wants to be there. Their procedure to secure the testing facility is ridiculous and comical. Which I also understand because someone has tried to cheat in various ways in the past. But come on who am I going to switch out for down a monitored corridor. It's pretty straight forward don't cheat or pretend to be someone else.

Very rude experience and individual working in the reception area when I arrived. The chairs were all full and she did not make an effort to find me somewhere to sit and instead looked as though she was inconvenienced to accommodate test takers. I’m not sure how/why they still have contracts with certain certification bodies.

Clean space and friendly staff, although it is difficult to locate in the business complex because the sign is only on the door and it is small. They only have 1-ply that feels like sandpaper which is not fun during your only break in a 6 hour exam.
