The worst experience I have ever had with a testing site. Arrived to take a board exam, when I showed up they told me their internet was down since 4am, they couldn’t download our exams, they decided not to tell us before we arrived so they didn’t “stress us out” and after waiting for 3 hours at the center eventually they canceled our exam. The employees told us this location was outdated and the company refused to update the services there, so they weren’t surprised this was happening. Pearson customer service was then ATROCIOUS and unhelpful, unable to reschedule my exam for a month, and said there was nothing they could do.
Save yourself the massive headache and avoid this location (and company if it all possible) and go elsewhere.

On the day of a certification exam this location did not have Internet connection. This led to the test being cancelled. Although the staff were nice and informative, we were not informed about the situation until arriving there even though it had bad going on for at least the day prior.

The ladies running the testing center were sooo nice! Must be different people than who used to work there before because they were the sweetest! Sure, you have to follow all the rules, use sanitizer 72 times, etc etc but what do you expect, it's a testing center for some really big, life-altering exams?! Dress in layers, be smart about your own comfort. Humidity was not an issue.

Worst testing experience I've ever encountered. Check in process alone will stress you out enough that will perform poorly. I would take an exam in a state prison before ever returning to this facility. They will look for any reason to turn you around at check-in almost as if they want to make extra money for having you book several appointments through them. I seriously would recommend anywhere else in the world before considering taking an examination here.

Pearson Vue should make the ladies running the test center on 3/23 the directors of staff training across all their locations, particularly the woman who did check in at the front desk. They were courteous, warm, thorough, and the example of professionalism. I would travel to Richmond again if I ever needed to take a Pearson Vue test because the experience here was so exceptional.

Take your exam anywhere else but here. You are destined to fail whatever exam it is your taking at this facility solely on the worst customer...

This is the ONLY PearsonVue TEst center offering my exam in the area. Every review of this center says the SAME THING- it is consistently HOT AS HELL inside...
