Went to take my NCLEX and I was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Environment was chill and not chaotic at all.

The staff was very friendly and kind. As I am an international test taker they were concerned about me and try to be clear in every process. I was nervous but it was nice that they did not make it worse :) So I wanted to thank them! Also, the environment was nice, quiet, and clean.

My most recent test taking experience at this center was an absolute nightmare. There were inturreption in exam due to "no internet", no access to up-to-date for MOC exam (despite being told it will be available at 8:30 am but it was not available all day) and noisey room. I will think twice before scheduling my future MOC exams at this center.

The staff at this center were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t have been nicer. They took COVID very seriously and did a great job with preventative measures and cleaning. Really appreciated their kind smiles and friendly demeanor before taking a stressful test!!
