Of all the proctoring locations I've been to, this has been the best. It's clean, comfortable temperature, and actually has space for the test-takers to move around if needed; especially if it's an open book test with a lot of material.

I have taken multiple certs exam here. Very well managed, clean and good place to give your exam in a quiet environment. Highly recommend Xcel Testing Center.

Ms. Rebecca has an outstanding after school tutoring center for children in the South Riding area. I was affiliated with the Center until COVID hit earlier this year. I was honored to be hired as an art instructor under her and dearly miss the kids every day. I have been partnered with many tutoring facilities over my working life; however, I can honestly say that Ms. Rebecca cares so much for the kids under her supervision and the manner in which they receive instructional content, that she truly considers it a personal fault when kids have difficulty in learning academics from her. I saw this first-hand myself. She is a true bona-fide treasure for the South Riding community and the families living nearby!! Wendy Ghannam, BA/MA and Certification in Art.

Very clean room and staff was very professional. I do recommend this place if you are going to take any exams. Plenty of parking.
