Scheduled a test? Careful on the communication you receive leading up to the day. This facility has a reputation of someone posing as a pearsons employee and contacting test takers. This happens via phone call or email (within 48hrs of the test) the poser says the test is canceled/needs to be rescheduled. Then when you call customer service the system shows no issue. They claim that no one from pearsons would contact the test taker in that window due to the 48 hour cancelation agreement. Which, as you imagine, is quite confusing especially when we have a voicemail as proof.
Needless to say, it could cause test takers a "no show" ($400 loss) which leads to rescheduling fee (another $400). Or you fail your test (lose $400) because you stopped studying to figure out the testing issue. Thus requiring you to reschedule to retake the test (another $400).
Such a shamefull tactic being utilized to increase their profits. Taking advantage and causing confusion of stressed test takers within 48 hours of their test, giving them no option of cancelation. All done to potentially increase their odds of a no show/failing/returned test taker.
