The people who work in the place are great. (5Stars)
The computer is too slow for me. Time is important, navigating reference will take time loading. I mean it's 2021, we live in United States. Pearson can do better update faster loading computers!

Well, first let me say that the place is a little challenging to find, but if you arrive early enough you should be able to navigate the "nature preserve" until you find the right building. Once you are inside, there is a small sign to point you in the right direction (spoiler alert...its in the basement). The testing staff were very nice and extremely detailed in providing testing guidelines. To do that requires time. There is a good chance there will be more than one of you testing. You will have to sign in and wait until you're called. My appointment was at 8am. I got there at 7:40am. My turn came around 8:15am. By the time they took both palm prints, picture (head shot), checked me for hidden devices, and escorted me to my testing cube, it was around 8:30am. Patience is definitely valuable in this circumstance. The actual testing process went quite smoothly. Word of caution - if you must leave the testing room for any reason, you will have to go through the security procedure all over again to continue testing...so go easy on the coffee. The place was super easy to find. The attendants were friendly, some of the policies were just plain silly though. I couldn't wear my hoop earings in because I could "cheat". There's no where in those earings to hide anything. Free lockers were a bonus.

Very nice building. The testing center was very orderly and the staff made the entire process very simple.

It was a professional place to take an important exam. Just a little tricky figuring out exactly which building it was.

It's normal these days to possibly have to frisk yourself before taking an exam, so don't be too shocked by that. They have lockers for your items, and you...
