Took my esthetics exam there on 4/30/22. The man at the desk was extremely professional and friendly. And seeing as how they got a 1 star review for it being “chilly”, I will say that I’m a little warm natured but if you’re really cold natured bring a SWEATER- don’t give them bad ratings for petty things. Rate them on efficiency, professionalism and helpfulness (among other things). I was in & out quickly- and even received a text saying I could test early if I wanted to.

I had a super stressful test, and the staff here were chill. The facility was good temperature. I had a good size monitor. Word.

I had read all the pre exam material thoroughly about the test taking procedure. I was still surprised that I had to remove ALL jewelry ( earrings and even a clip holding up my hair ). Every pocket on clothing , socks etc is inspected and an electronic scan is done. It is chilly in the suite as described. You are required to sign in and out during each break and get “re-searched/ scanned “ which is time consuming. The staff was not always present when I was ready to come back in or there was a line up of others doing the same which took from my break time. One of the 3 women staff was friendly, smiled and was helpful. She was the one I didn’t have to primarily deal with however. One was downright rude. The suite was clean and fairly quiet. I do recommend getting to test site 45 min early as depending on the day, there can be a line up. There were many people testing when I went on a Friday afternoon.

This place can be a bit chilly. They are mandated to keep the temperature between 70° to 74° F. I recommend a light sweater/jacket. Also the instructions state tp be there 30 minutes early to allow time to check in but I recommend showing up at least 45 minutes to 1 hour early to insure you are able to start on time

People should rate/reviews positive experiences as well. The 2 females who checked in were very pleasing. I was scared based on the previous reviews but they are not really what we experienced. Thank you.
