The test center was locked on the day and time of the scheduled test. There was no notice or contact made that they would be unavailable. A neighboring business said this happens all the time.

This is the third Prometric location I have tested at and it definitely was the best so far. The space is clean, and welcoming. The staff was kind, professional, and very efficient. Great experience!

I've taken two different assessments here over the course of about six months. Both times, the staff has been professional and welcoming. I have had no negative interactions with the staff. The only negative I have is that parking is limited at the actual testing center. However, you can park across the street in the hotel parking lot.

Very professional and clean with a friendly no nonsense staff. They provide Locker's for belongings during testing and earmuffs if you need noise cancelling.

It was very easy to test here. I will be coming back, literally, for another test, despite it being farther than other testing sites.
