Staff is super friendly. Everyone has a smile on their face. They were all so nice wished me luck and me feel confident. The place in general is quiet. I will return for all my testing needs to this location!!

There is simply no possible way to communicate with this staff. I scheduled a test being very specific about special needs (with official back-up) and they scheduled me disregarding these. I have tried to call them several times but their lines are a maze that takes you nowhere. I will have to drive 40 minutes to make sure they take in count this serious matter before the test. Unbelievable!

This exam center did not provide me with proof of attendance and lost it when I was told I could return to pick it up. They lost my proof of attendance and their solution to call Candidate Care did not help. This is an exam anomaly and will be reported as such to NBME.

I took my Step 1 exam here today and had a very positive experience. The staff are professional and kind. One gentleman was especially positive and I’m sure helped calmed the nerves of many! The testing center is very quiet and the courtyard area is perfect for breaks (if your exam allows). There are benches around a fountain in the courtyard and tables closer to the back of the buildings to sit down and eat lunch. Parking is easy and the location is close to the freeway. I think this is a very good site to take an exam if you are in the process of deciding where to take your test.
