awful customer service, they changed our test date without permission, at least you notify us! it is already past the application date when we realized they changed for us!!! Please be aware!!!

There’s a sign on 56th ST for place then no directions when you enter the complex. Suite 110 is on the East side of building where there is no parking lot. Best to drive to the South (Main) entrance and use the restroom then drive to the West side and park on the NE corner of building then walk on the East side of building. The first suite has a sign that says keep going around for Prometrics. Inside, it’s a long and windy walk to the restroom so use before you take your 4-hour test.

This company deserves ZERO stars! I have spent 3 hours over the past few days to schedule an exam and get some help and still cant. No one answers at the test center, and the website wont schedule my exam and has errors. I have been on hold twice for 45 min at the main office then disconnected. I reached someone in Malaysia who didnt understand anything I was trying to do and no help. This has to be the worst experience with a company I have ever had.
