They never answer their phones - It always gives a busy tone. Always - 24/7.
There are also tons of bad experiences with this place - Why does Prometric insist on letting this barely functioning test center stay open? There are many people like myself who would jump at the chance to do business with Prometric and do a MUCH better job than these people are doing.

Really good experience, the staff was very kind and helpful. I arrived early and checked the place out. My questions were answered and some. The overall place was comfortable and quiet for my testing experience. Everything is easily located near the center. Parking is a bit if a challenge, so I would recommend early arrival.

I recently took my USMLE Step 3 here and was really nervous because of the negative reviews and the horror stories about proctors not showing up for the exam and cancellation without notice. I was especially nervous because I took it the day after an ice storm, but I had absolutely no trouble with Prometric Little Rock! I obviously can't speak for all experiences here but my experience was quite pleasant. The proctors were friendly, prompt and professional and the facility was easy to find. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it was sometimes a bit noisy, but this could be remedied with the noise cancelling headphones provided.

I took my Praxis PLT at this location. The staff was rude and seemed to be very unorganized. The testing room was loud and the proctors were constantly walking through the room talking.When I left, there was a huge line of people waiting to get to take their test. I will find a different company for my next Praxis content test.

Really frustrated with this company. I paid for a test, login to schedule the test in Little Rock, left the site to get time off before committing to the date. Come back a couple days and the center has lost accreditation to proctor FINRA tests and now I will have to drive 140 miles one way to take the test! If I could chose another proctor, I most definitely would.
