Very quiet place with professional staff- makes for an ideal test center. There are lockers in there to one of which you’re provided a key to leave your belongings in before going in the exam room. There are white boards and dry erase markers available too for use in the exam room. A thorough search is conducted every time you enter the testing area and the testing area is video monitored to ensure quality.

Went there twice this week for Step 3 exam. Excellent service. Very professional, everyone seemed super nice.
Taking fingerprints, scanning with metal detector Everytime you take a break seems overkill. But I think it's the exam policy they will have to follow.
Anyway, great experience for me.

Clean facility, easy to find but very weird staff. The person checking people in was wearing gloves and looked very sickly. It was unnerving to have her touching my ID and handing me test materials. She was also very panicky and did not smile or have friendly demeanor which made me feel a little unsettled and didn’t help the nerves. Wouldn’t test here again

Disappointing...scheduled an interpreting exam. They did not have the proper equipment for me to do my exam. They also did not have the courtesy to notify me. Totally unprofessional.

Best testing facility. They overdue their compliance, but don't worry. They're just following rules. Clean, neat, reliable.
