I have taken a few board exams here and the staff is wonderful! There were some significant problems that I had with one of my exam, this was not a Prometric issue it was the organization I was taking the exam for, but the staff was extremely accommodating and kind. They were on the phone with tech support for over an hr on my behalf.

I took my GRE here 2 days ago and I had no problem; the staff were professional and friendly, the computers were fast and new. I was happy that there were lockers to save my valuable items for 4 hours. I don't understand the negative reviews and I'll definitely get back here for my TOEFL test.

The staff was exceptional! Very comfortable atmosphere for taking your tests. This test center is accessed from the back of the parking lot. Just take the stairs up to the second floor. Lockers are provided. Most likely will come back here to take my next required tests.

Really the worst environment to take a test. Everyone is testing at long tables in a room with no open windows so you feel every time someone bumps or kicks the table, you can smell everyone’s breath and hear every cough. Everything feels dirty.
Also, I could not get ahold of a real person on the phone to ask a simple question so I had to drive all the way to the center hours prior to my test. I have tested at other centers that are clean and quiet. I will avoid this place in the future at all cost.

Honestly, the manager is CRAZY. They had lifted the mask rule, and yet they continued HARASSING me during my exam to pull it up over my nose even tho it was already !!! She is insane
