I've had the best experiences at this center with Erica, Joe, and Brittany. They're excellent at getting everyone checked in/out smoothly and effortlessly!! Kudos!!

Whenever the staff comes in the floor would move…I was the last person there taking an exam and the guy decided to clean the whole place. They have this fan that would kick in and I would feel a heavy draft hitting the back of my head/neck…and every time they went in and out the door would slam because of the pressure of the industrial fan created. By far the worse prometric testing center, the facility and even the equipments are not acceptable.

Friendly and cooperative staff! Great exam experience. Thermostat was maintained at pretty normal temperature unlike another prometric center where I was freezing and the staff wouldn't change at all.

On 4/26/22, at around 4pm, I finished my USMLE step 1 exam. As I was getting signed out by a different employee (there were two), there was a skinny, young lady with glasses and with a darker skin (possible Indian or middle eastern ethnicity) who could not control her ego and need for micromanaging others under her own subjective preferences. It would help future testtakers and herself for her to recognize that people are there to take the exam abiding the testing center’s rules, not her own subjective ones.

I've taken two tests here and both times I have done well. The staff was always nice and answered all my questions. Testing conditions were pretty good. Nothing really distracted me during my tests. Bathroom isn't too far away and it's just down the hall. Tons of parking outside too.

Absolutely incompetent organization. Trying to get a broker reciprocity exam scheduled is becoming unnecessarily time consuming!
