Staff is really nice. Always friendly and respectable. I wear a hearing aid and they helped me during the test to make sure I’m fine. I would come here again if I ever need to take another test.

This testing center had the best, most comfortable chairs - perfect if you're taking a 3+ certification test! Meant to ask where they got their chairs...would be great for home office.

Pros:
- clean
- organized for the most part
- courteous staff
- good test room, sound proof partition, good spacing, quality 23'' hp display, satisfactory headset
- clean bathroom
Cons:
- they moved up my Toefl test from 8 am to 7:30 am, less than a day before my test date
- test room is not perfectly sound proof. There was temporary construction outside in the back of the building and you could hear vague noises inside.If you're focused enough on your test and wearing headsets or their provided noise blockers, you'll likely be able to ignore it, but still, a test center should have thicker walls
- bathroom is outside the building. Not far, and I welcomed going out and getting fresh air but it was kinda lame having to get the keys each time, and when there are a lot of people taking tests with a short break in between, the small bathroom will not accommodate them all, so there's gonna be waiting.

Test room is not perfectly sound proof. One of the lady staff was very rude to me. they keep coming in and out of the test room and closes the door loudly. I requested her to close the door slowly. She replied all students here are giving medical exam like you still I will inform them to close slowly and I saw her repeating it even after requesting not to do it. I think they do such behaviour thinking you will not respond because you don't want to spoil your test. I will not take any of my test here. Very much disappointed.

Testing Center has a lot of parking space available. There is a public restroom by the courtyard. Male restroom is open to public while female restroom was locked. Keys are avaible upon request. There are locker rooms, a bit small but can fit maybe a backpack less than 30L in size. The staff, Tracy was very polite and helpful. There was also another lady there who was very helpful as well. The testing center is clean, well sanitized with good lighting and comfortable chairs. Overall it is a good place to sit down for tests.
