Do not. Under any circumstance use this testing center.
They are completely incompetent. They cost my wife her Toefl test as they gave not only a BROKEN NON FUNCTIONING HEADSET for the listening portion.
They gave her a BROKEN KEYBOARD for the writing portion.
The employees are liars, and the Supervisor is coward that hides when an issue arises. No one was present to assist with these issues.
And after costing my wife precious time on the test, they finally saw her asking for help and informed her there were no other headsets and took their sweet time getting her a new keyboard.
They cost me $200 dollars that I can not get back.
DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Staff was extremely difficult. They gave contradicting instructions about what to do with my jacket and snack. During the short break I asked if I could get food from the locker which they said was fine. After the test they had me sign something saying I had left. My immediate results said I passed but later that it was under investigation because I had gotten food from my locker. After a few months they said my results were void and I would have to re-take the test, no refunds or any apologies.

Waited in the parking lot for a test taker. Cleaning staff is efficiently working through the window. Security is coming by frequently. I feel very safe 10/10

These people are contradicting to their rules . Elaina is the person who gets info in the frint desk. Last December i took the test there and they didnt bother to care if my ID does not really match my whole name in tye exam, as i was missing the hyphen in my prometric record. They let me in and take my test. I gave been in tgat center for several times already and this was the all the time scenario. All of a sudden this same person who had me tested ladt time just told me I cant take the test today because my name is missing a hyohen. Just be consistent lady! I told her thus was my 6TH time to take the test at different occassions and though she remembered me she bluntly just saud no. I studied and was prepared for this exam and they just dissappont you like tgat. I am ok with that but be consistent with your rulings. Hated that center anyway and will never schedule the rest if my exams there. San Francisco is the best prometric center.Not only that the people are friendly and accomidating, the center us also clean!
