Went smoothly. Staff is chill. My exam was scheduled for 12:30 but they let me in about 30 min early which was a pleasant surprise.

Extremely poor signage and wayfinding. I arrived to my test an hour early and waited in the parking lot. In that time, I watched 4 people circle the building or try multiple doors trying to get in. Zero signs. Poor instructions. Unnecessary stress that no one needs before a test. Do better.

The staff was not nice. I just went out after exam, and I was trying to get in for toilet. And they have closed the door and I could not enter into buildings. so I ask prometric people to open the door through interphone and they denied to open the door. It was terrible experience. go to toilet is not a big deal for student wha have got exam on that prometric center.

While testing is inherently a stressful endeavor, the staff at Prometrics were kind, professional, and reliable. Their facility is clean, excellently maintained, and run with a consistency that lends credibility to your test results after completing your exam there.
