I had a horrible experience at that center. There are 2 employees among the front desk staff (Hannah& Sara) who are very aggressive and tough in treating people. They lack the minimum experience in checking people's documents. They were the main reason for canceling my exam. They really made me upset. If I had a choice to give them 0 stars, I would have not hesitated to do so. Of course, I definitely, don't recommend this center to anyone

Really awesome testing center! Very friendly staff, clean and quiet environment. Only had some issues with the post survey but nothing big!

Best testing center among all the centers I've tested at. Kind, friendly and efficient staff. Quiet place and restroom doesn't need any keys! Check in and out is pretty quick. Highly recommend.

It can be very easy to miss. Look for the big red letters saying "A-ONE DENTISTRY" & "SYLVAN", to the left of "Deluxe Med Spa". The Prometric test center is tucked under there in the corner.
The people inside the test center are very nice, though I did know of a test taker who complained about the rooms not being sound proof. So, if you're easily distracted by other noises you may want to request foam earplugs or use their noise cancelling headphones.

This is my one and only favorite testing center. I took MCAT x2, Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3 all here. I will not go anywhere else! Kind moderators have patience, bathrooms are right there inside, no extraneous noise, etc. perfect testing environment for me.
