Website has been down for almost 2 weeks, was told to call and speak with customer service but the phone # is an automated message system. Once navigating through all the selections it tells you to go to the website for assistance!! After several tries I was able to reach the registry for the exam I am trying to schedule but the automated message says to call back between the hours of 7am-6pm because they were closed. It is 1:30pm PST during the week. I cannot stand systems that were designed to simplify a process only when it makes it more complicated and frustrating. Not to mention i had to hold for almost an hour to go another route to speak with someone just to confirm an appointment time. I have a busy work schedule and this was ridiculous.
